The Browning Desolation Small features a 3.75" 440C stainless blade, drop point, plain edge, Micarta handle, black finish.

The blade is 440C SS, a classic American stainless that resists corrosion strongly and sharpens readily, with moderate edge retention. Micarta warms to the hand and grips better as it takes on a patina.

A fixed blade of this size suits hunting, camp and outdoor work where strength matters more than pocketability – there is no pivot to fail and it cleans easily.

Carry laws are set locally as well as by state, and a 3.75" blade is legal to carry in many places and not in others – check your state and city rules before you carry it.
