Description
The Christensen Arms Ridgeline Scout is a bolt action in .450 Bushmaster with a 16" barrel, a 1:16 twist and 10-round capacity plus one chambered.
A carbine-length barrel keeps the rifle maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles.
The .450 Bushmaster is commonly chosen for deer hunting in straight-wall cartridge states. These exist to satisfy regulations that prohibit bottleneck rifle cartridges for deer.
This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.
The Ridgeline Scout combines all the best features of the Ridgeline into a compact scout rifle. Featuring a black-Nitride coated action, 0-MOA optic rail, barricade stop, AICS drop-box magazine and a flat-shoe Trigger Tech trigger. Tan and black carbon fiber composite Sporter Stock. The 16" barrel with a removable 3-prong flash hider make the Ridgeline Scout an ideal suppressor host.
