These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kazu Arms website (kazuarms.com) and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us. Last updated: August 8, 2026.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be of legal age and legally eligible to purchase and possess the items you order. Federal law sets minimum ages of 21 for handguns and handgun ammunition and 18 for long guns (rifles/shotguns) and long-gun ammunition; your state or locality may impose a higher minimum. By ordering you certify, under penalty of law, that:
- You meet the minimum age for every item in your order;
- You are not a “prohibited person” under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) (including, among others, persons convicted of a felony, unlawful users of controlled substances, those subject to certain protective orders, or those adjudicated mentally defective);
- You are purchasing for yourself and not as a straw purchaser on behalf of anyone else;
- The firearm or item is legal to own and possess where it will be delivered and where you reside.
2. Firearms Are Shipped to a Licensed Dealer (FFL)
All serialized firearms — including frames and receivers, which are firearms under federal law — are shipped only to a licensed dealer (an “FFL”) that you select. You may not have a firearm shipped to a residence or PO box. You are responsible for arranging a receiving FFL and for any transfer fee that dealer charges. Non-serialized items (most accessories, optics, and apparel) ship directly to you where permitted; ammunition ships to you subject to the restrictions below.
3. All Firearm Sales Are Contingent on a Background Check
Every firearm transfer is completed at the receiving FFL and is contingent on your passing a federal background check and completing ATF Form 4473. If you are denied, cannot legally take possession, or fail to complete the transfer, the sale is void as to that firearm. In that case we will refund the purchase price of the firearm less any non-recoverable shipping and a reasonable restocking fee, and less any fees charged by the receiving dealer, to the extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
4. Ammunition
- Ammunition is sold only to buyers who meet the applicable minimum age and eligibility requirements.
- Ammunition ships ground only (no air), cannot be delivered to a PO box, and may require an adult signature.
- We do not ship ammunition where prohibited or where additional permits, registration, or capacity limits apply and are not met.
- All ammunition sales are final.
5. Your Responsibility to Comply With the Law
Firearms laws vary widely by state, county, and city. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all laws that apply to your purchase, including magazine-capacity limits, feature restrictions (e.g., “assault weapon” rules), roster/approved-handgun requirements, permit or registration requirements, and waiting periods. Placing an order is your representation that the item is legal for you to receive and possess. We are not liable for your failure to comply with applicable law.
6. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice and may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and cancel or refuse any order — including after an order has been placed — and to verify information before acceptance. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
7. Payment
Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Firearms and firearm-related products are subject to the terms and acceptable-use policies of those providers. We do not store full card or bank details on our servers.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Title and risk of loss pass to you (or, for firearms, to the receiving FFL) upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and FFL information; delays or losses caused by incorrect information are your responsibility. Inspect all shipments on arrival and report visible damage to the carrier and to us promptly.
9. Returns
Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. As a matter of federal law and industry practice, a firearm cannot be returned once it has been transferred to you at the receiving FFL; warranty issues must be handled through the manufacturer. Ammunition sales are final. Other items may be returned only as described in our Returns Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous products; you assume all risk associated with their handling, use, storage, and transport, and you agree to follow all safety rules and manufacturer instructions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kazu Arms and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kazu Arms from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
