The HENRY HOLSTERS Phlster Wedge RX is a holster accessory rather than a holster.
A wedge is a pad fitted to the body side of an inside-the-waistband holster. It tilts the mouth of the holster away from the body, which levers the grip inward and flattens the outline under a shirt.
Fitment is to the holster, not to the pistol. Check it against your holster's mounting holes before ordering.
This is the right-hand version.
