This is a silencer and an NFA item. It transfers on an ATF Form 4 through a dealer holding an SOT and cannot be shipped directly to you. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the receiving dealer. Following the 2026 ruling there is no $200 transfer tax; the Form 4 is still required.
