The Zastava Arms USA M91 Sniper 10+1 is a semi-auto rifle in 7.62x54R with a 24" barrel, a 1:9 twist and 10-round capacity plus one chambered.
A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes with open rifle sights.
