The Mauser Rimfire Tacops Pk 22 LR is a single action pistol in .22 LR with a 5" barrel and 110-round capacity plus one chambered.

Rimfire velocity peaks in the high teens of barrel length, so a barrel this short gives up very little and keeps the rifle light and quick to handle.

The .22 LR is commonly chosen for small game, training and high-volume practice. Ammunition is cheap enough to shoot all day, which is why it remains the standard first rifle and the standard practice rifle.
