The Taurus 44 is a double action/single action revolver in .44 Magnum with a 4" barrel, a 1:16 twist and 5-round capacity.
A barrel this short keeps the pistol easy to conceal and carry, at the cost of some velocity and a shorter sight radius. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with adjustable sights.
