RUG MINI-14 TACT 223 SS 20RD

Description

The Ruger / Sturm, Ruger & Co. Mini-14 is a semi-auto rifle in .223 REM/5.56 NATO with a 16.1" barrel, a 1:9 twist and 20-round capacity.

A carbine-length barrel keeps the rifle maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. That is slower than the usual twist for this cartridge, so it favors lighter bullets; very heavy projectiles may not stabilize. It comes with blade front/ghost ring rear sights.

The .223 REM is commonly chosen for varmints, predators and target work. Cheap, widely available and light on recoil, which makes it an easy cartridge to shoot well.
