LEG HOWA FNCE LNE 270 22B BRN

Description

The Howa 1500 is a bolt action rifle in .270 Winchester with a 22" barrel, a 1:10 twist and 5-round capacity.

This barrel length is the usual compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while still being manageable to carry all day, and short enough that a suppressor on the end does not make it unwieldy. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.

The .270 Winchester is commonly chosen for deer, antelope and open-country hunting. A long-standing flat-shooting hunting cartridge.
