CVA CR3961F Cascade Long Range Hunter Full Size 300 Win Mag 24″ Smoked Bronze Cerakote Steel Threaded Barrel, Black w/Smoked Bronze Web Synthetic Stock

Description

The Connecticut Valley Arms / CVA Cascade is a bolt action rifle in .300 Winchester Magnum with a 24" barrel, a 1:10 twist and 3-round capacity.

A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.

The .300 Winchester Magnum is commonly chosen for elk, large game and long-range work. Significant energy at distance, and significant recoil with it.

The Cascade Long Range is designed for hunters seeking precision at extended distances without compromising affordability. Borrowing features from long-range target competition rifles, the Cascade LRH gives hunters the added confidence to make kill shots on big game at 300 yards and beyond. The key is a medium-heavy barrel contour and a stock designed for stability and fit, with a flat and wide forend and adjustable length-of-pull and comb height.
