Description

The Savage 110 Prec Ba 300 is a bolt action rifle in .300 Winchester Magnum with a 24" barrel, a 1:9.25 twist and 5-round capacity.

A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It ships without iron sights, so plan on an optic and a way to mount it: a red dot or holographic sits on a rail, a scope needs rings and a base, and a rifle with neither needs a mount first.
