Howa HWH6ARC M1500 Mini Hunter 6mm ARC 5+1 22″ Black Threaded Barrel, Black Drilled & Tapped Steel Receiver, Walnut Fixed Stock, Right Hand

Description

The Howa Mini Hunter is a bolt action rifle in 6mm ARC with a 22" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 5-round capacity plus one chambered.

This barrel length is the usual compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while still being manageable to carry all day, and short enough that a suppressor on the end does not make it unwieldy. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.

The 6mm ARC is commonly chosen for target shooting and medium game. Designed for efficiency and long-range performance from a short action.

It has a drawn steel barrel, three position safety, and sling swivel studs.
