Christensen Arms 8010612100 Ridgeline Scout Full Size 6.5 Creedmoor 4+1, 16″ Black Nitride Steel Threaded Barrel, Black Nitride Aluminum Receiver, Tan w/Black Webbing Fixed Sporter Stock

Description

The Christensen Arms Ridgeline Scout Full Size is a bolt action rifle in 6.5mm Creedmoor with a 16" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 10-round capacity plus one chambered.

At this length it is easier to work in thick cover or from a blind, trading some velocity for the handling. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.

The 6.5mm Creedmoor is commonly chosen for long-range target shooting and deer-sized game. It became the default precision cartridge because it delivers high-BC bullets with modest recoil and good barrel life.

The Ridgeline Scout combines all the best features of the Ridgeline into a, compact scout rifle. Additional features include a Black-Nitride coated action, 0-MOA optic rail, barricade stop, 10-rd AICS drop-box magazine, and a flat-shoe Trigger Tech trigger all in a tan and black carbon fiber composite Sporter stock. The 16" barrel with a removable 3-prong flash hider make the Ridgeline Scout an ideal suppressor host.
