Sig Sauer CROSS30816B Cross 308 Win 5+1 16″ Barrel, Black Anodized Metal Finish, Black Sig Precision Adjustable Folding Stock, Curved 2 Stage Match Trigger, Black Polymer Grip

Description

The Sig Sauer Cross is a bolt action rifle in .308 / 7.62 NATO with a 16" barrel, a 1:10 twist and 5-round capacity.

At this length it is easier to work in thick cover or from a blind, trading some velocity for the handling. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes optic ready, so it is ready to take an optic without extra machining.

The .308 is commonly chosen for hunting, target shooting and general use. Probably the most versatile centerfire cartridge available – ammunition is everywhere, and it handles most North American game.

The Sig Cross was designed and built from the ground up at the Sig Sauer research and development facilities in New Hampshire with the input of hunters, military snipers and elite long-range shooters. The Cross rifle was created to meet the demands of both precision long-range shooting and extreme back country hunting. The rifle features the lightest, most portable rifle in its class, folding precision-style stock, one piece receiver for increased accuracy, 2 Stage adjustable match trigger and a free floating M-LOK handguard. Designed and built in the USA.
