Description
The Smith & Wesson / S&W M&P M2.0 Compact is a semi-auto in 10mm with a 4" barrel, a 1:10 twist and 15-round capacity.
A barrel this short keeps the pistol easy to conceal and carry, at the cost of some velocity and a shorter sight radius. It comes with optics height white dot sights. The slide is cut for a red dot, so an optic mounts without machining. The optic and, on most models, a mounting plate are bought separately, and the plate has to match the footprint your optic uses.
The 10mm is commonly chosen for hunting, the outdoors and range use. The most powerful common semi-auto handgun cartridge, which is why it is carried in bear country.
