The Bergara Rifles B-14 Ridge Carbon is a bolt action in 6.5 PRC with a 24" barrel, a 1:9.50 twist and 2-round capacity plus one chambered.

A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. That is slower than the usual twist for this cartridge, so it favors lighter bullets; very heavy projectiles may not stabilize. It comes drilled & tapped, so it is ready to take an optic without extra machining.

The 6.5 PRC is commonly chosen for long-range hunting. It pushes 6.5mm bullets faster than Creedmoor, trading barrel life and recoil for reach.
