Description
The Connecticut Valley Arms / CVA Cascade is a bolt action in .204 Ruger with a 20" barrel, a 1:12 twist and 4-round capacity plus one chambered.
This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.
The .204 Ruger is commonly chosen for varmints at distance. Very flat shooting with almost no recoil.
