The Winchester Xpert Thumbhole – Target is a bolt action in .21 Sharp with an 18" barrel, a 1:12 twist and 10-round capacity.
This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with yes sights.
