Savage Arms 58300 Axis 2 30-06 Springfield 4+1 22″ Matte Black Button Rifled Barrel & Drilled & Tapped Receiver, Black w/Granite Accents Fixed Synthetic Stock, Right Hand

Description

The Savage Arms Axis 2 is a bolt action in .30-06 Springfield with a 22" barrel and 4-round capacity plus one chambered.

This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry.

The .30-06 Springfield is commonly chosen for a broad range of game from deer to elk. Over a century old and still one of the most flexible hunting cartridges made.

This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.
