The CobraTec Knives Medium knife features a 3" D2 Steel blade, clip point, serrated edge, carbon fiber handle.
A serrated edge bites into rope, webbing and fibrous material far better than a plain edge, and stays aggressive long after a plain edge has dulled. Carbon fiber is the lightest of the common scale materials and very stiff.
Around three inches is the everyday carry sweet spot – long enough for boxes, cord, food prep and general utility, short enough to disappear in a pocket.
Carry laws are set locally as well as by state, and a 3.0" blade is legal to carry in many places and not in others – check your state and city rules before you carry it. Knives ship directly to you with no FFL transfer and no background check, unlike a firearm.
Carbon fibre is the lightest of the common scale materials and very stiff. The CobraTec CTK-1 is designed for use with any task. Featuring an aluminum alloy handle and an OTF (out the front) opening design it allows for rapid deployment with minimal effort. Total length with glass breaker is 8".
