The Inland Manufacturing 1911A1 Government Model is a semi-auto in .45 ACP with a 5" barrel, a 1:16 twist and 7-round capacity.

This is a full-size handgun barrel length – more velocity and a longer sight radius than a compact, in exchange for size. It comes with fixed sights.

The .45 ACP is commonly chosen for range use, competition and carry. A large, slow bullet with mild muzzle blast; magazines hold fewer rounds than a comparable 9mm.

Built to exacting standards, the Inland 1911A1 Government Model maintains historic military style with added modern features. The original G.I. configuration includes vertical slide serrations, fixed combat sights and a lanyard loop. The precision-machined frame and slide complement the GI Style grip panels, thumb safety, slide release, barrel bushing and grip safety. Includes one seven-round magazine.
