Description
The King Hunter is built around the 7mm Backcountry cartridge. The high-pressure round carries over twice the energy of .30-06 at 1,000 yards, and the rifle exists to get that performance out of it.
The long action bolt assembly uses a floating bolt head for lug engagement and a roller-guided firing pin for consistent ignition. The bolt assembly is Nanoweapon coated. The nitride receiver sits in a Manners Long Range Hunter carbon fibre stock, which is where the weight saving comes from – the rifle is just over 8 lbs.
The barrel is a Geissele 20″ stainless cold hammer forged with a 1:8 twist, and the trigger is the two-stage Super 700.

Geissele builds to order rather than holding reseller stock. We confirm timing when your order is placed — see our backorder policy.
