Geissele Automatics Ultra Duty LPK, DDC

Description

The Ultra Duty LPK is Geissele’s top-tier lower parts kit, machined in North Wales, PA. Key components are stainless steel rather than carbon steel, which is the difference in service life and in how it holds up to moisture and heavy use.

It includes the Maritime Bolt Catch with its aggressive texturing and extended paddles, and the ambidextrous Super Configurable Safety, whose levers can be swapped and exchanged. The takedown pins and magazine release button carry the same tank-tread texturing as the bolt catch.

The kit also includes Geissele’s Ultra Precision Trigger Guard, 5-axis machined from billet 7075-T6 and Type 3 Hardcoat anodized.

A note on finish. Geissele use Type 3 Hardcoat Anodize, which means there is no exact color matching between parts and some shade variation is normal. Two parts bought at different times can differ slightly. More on anodize shade variation and finish methods. Desert Dirt Color varies more than most finishes — Geissele explain DDC here.
