This is a full-size handgun barrel length – more velocity and a longer sight radius than a compact, in exchange for size. It ships with a RMR optic already fitted, so you do not need to buy an optic or a mounting plate separately.
The .45 ACP is commonly chosen for range use, competition and carry. A large, slow bullet with mild muzzle blast; magazines hold fewer rounds than a comparable 9mm.
