The Christensen Arms Mesa Fft is a bolt action in 6.5 PRC with a 20" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.
This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes drilled & tapped, so it is ready to take an optic without extra machining.
The 6.5 PRC is commonly chosen for long-range hunting. It pushes 6.5mm bullets faster than Creedmoor, trading barrel life and recoil for reach.
