Description
The Christensen Arms Mpr is a bolt action in .300 PRC with a 26" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 5-round capacity plus one chambered.
A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes integrated base, so it is ready to take an optic without extra machining.
The .300 PRC is commonly chosen for elk, large game and long-range work. Significant energy at distance, and significant recoil with it.
