The blade is CTS BD1 SS, a fine-grained American stainless that sharpens quickly and takes a keen edge. Stainless scales are durable and easy to clean, though heavier than polymer.

Carry laws are set locally as well as by state, and a 3.37" blade is legal to carry in many places and not in others – check your state and city rules before you carry it.
