Barnes Bullets 32522 9mmLuger Subsonic 147gr Sierra Jacketed Hollow Point 50 Per Box/10 Case

Description

Barnes 9mm ammunition, 147 grain hollow point, 20 rounds per box.

Hollow point – the nose is cavitied so the bullet expands on impact, which increases its diameter and reduces the chance of over-penetration. This is the construction generally chosen for defensive use.

Bullet weight is given in grains; there are 7,000 to the pound, so this one weighs 147 grains. Within a calibre a heavier bullet generally leaves the muzzle slower and carries its velocity further, while a lighter one starts faster and sheds speed sooner.

Ammunition is not a firearm and ships directly to you, though some states and cities restrict ammunition shipments or require a licence or permit. Check your local rules before ordering – if you are unsure, ask us first.
