The Trijicon ACOG is a 3.5x riflescope with a 35mm objective.
Fixed 3.5x has no zoom ring to move or forget, and a fixed power keeps the mechanism simpler than a variable of the same class.
The 35mm objective sets how much light the scope can gather and how tall the rings need to be to clear the bell.
Eye relief is listed at 2.40" – the distance the eye sits behind the ocular to see the full picture, which is what has to be respected when positioning the scope in the rings.
