The Lee Precision Pro 4000 Press Kit is a reloading press.

The press is the frame everything else works in. It holds the die and gives the leverage that sizes a case and seats a bullet.

Single-stage presses do one operation at a time and are the simplest to learn on and the easiest to keep consistent. Turret and progressive presses do more per pull of the handle, which is what makes volume pistol loading practical, at the cost of more to set up and more to go wrong unnoticed.

Check the die thread and the shell holder. Most presses take 7/8-14 dies; large cases and some presses use 1-1/4-12.
