The Weatherby 307 Builder Action Long is a bare rifle action, not a complete firearm. It is the receiver, bolt and trigger assembly that a barrel, stock and magazine are built onto.
It is a long action, which is what determines the cartridge family it will accept – long actions take the longer cartridges such as .30-06 and the magnums. There is no caliber on an action by itself; that is set by the barrel you fit.
Building a rifle from an action is a gunsmithing project. Budget for a barrel, stock or chassis, and the labor to headspace and fit it, on top of the price here.
