Description

The FN America / FN Herstal FN 510 MRD is a semi-auto in 10mm with a 4.1" barrel, a 1:16 twist and 10-round capacity.

This is a full-size handgun barrel length – more velocity and a longer sight radius than a compact, in exchange for size. It comes with co-witness height sights. The slide is cut for a red dot, so an optic mounts without machining. The optic and, on most models, a mounting plate are bought separately, and the plate has to match the footprint your optic uses.

The 10mm is commonly chosen for hunting, the outdoors and range use. The most powerful common semi-auto handgun cartridge, which is why it is carried in bear country.
