The Rugged Suppressors Front Cap is a suppressor front cap in 9MM.
The front cap closes the muzzle end of the suppressor and sets the bore diameter the bullet passes through on its way out. Cans rated for more than one calibre are often sold with caps in different bores.
This cap is bored for 9MM. The bore must be at or above the calibre being fired – a cap bored smaller than the bullet is how an end-cap strike happens, and that ruins the cap and usually the suppressor with it.
Front caps are model-specific. It has to be the cap made for your suppressor – thread and shoulder dimensions are not shared between makers.
This is a part, not a regulated item. Mounts, pistons, caps and muzzle devices are not NFA-controlled and ship directly to your address – the suppressor itself is the registered item.
