Description
The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Full is a bolt action in 6.5 PRC with a 24" barrel, a 1:7 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.
A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. That is faster than the usual twist for this cartridge, which suits the heavier, longer bullets distance shooters tend to favor. It ships without iron sights, so budget for an optic, rings and a base if you do not already have them.
The 6.5 PRC is commonly chosen for long-range hunting. It pushes 6.5mm bullets faster than Creedmoor, trading barrel life and recoil for reach.
This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.
The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter features reconfigured receiver with additional bolt guidance surface area for smoother operation; redesigned bolt with ergonomic handle shape; adjustable, multiple-lever DLX trigger; Vari-Tech stock features adjustable length of pull, adjustable comb, interchangeable grip modules and over molded grip surfaces; Sporter grip installed with a vertical grip supplied; Sporter contour threaded barrel for the ideal blend of accuracy and weight savings and 1.25" Inflex recoil pad. Includes thread protector.
