The Browning Brn Xb2 Speed Spr is a bolt action in 7 mm Remington Magnum with a 22" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.
This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It ships without iron sights, so budget for an optic, rings and a base if you do not already have them.
Bolt actions are commonly chosen for hunting and target shooting, where the simpler mechanism and rigid lockup are valued.
