The American Tactical / ATI Alpha Maxx 5.56 is a semi-auto in .223 REM/5.56 NATO with a 7.5" barrel and 60-round capacity plus one chambered.

A carbine-length barrel keeps the pistol maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. It comes with flip up front & rear sights.

The .223 REM is commonly chosen for varmints, predators and target work. Cheap, widely available and light on recoil, which makes it an easy cartridge to shoot well.
