This is a practical everyday output – bright enough to identify a threat or search a room without blinding you off nearby walls indoors. Lumens describe total output rather than reach; a light with fewer lumens but tighter focus can throw further.
CR123A cells hold their charge for years on a shelf, which is why they remain the default for a light that sits unused until it is needed. Confirm it fits your rail and that you can reach the switch with your normal firing grip before committing to it – a light you cannot activate under stress is worse than no light. Lights ship directly to you with no FFL transfer.

With a beam intensity of 10,000 candelas, the WML White Gen 3 shines with the intensity of a small lighthouse beacon, and its high-power 450 Lumen bulb has more than twice the amount of light needed to blind someone in broad daylight. With a beam range of 656ft (200m), the WML White Gen 3 is perfect for both close quarter engagements when mounted to a shotgun or pistol-caliber carbine or mid-range shooting when clipped onto a rifle. An ergonomic nonslip button, contoured to the shape of the human thumb, renders the tape switches of older designs obsolete and allows for intuitive activation and deactivation, while a flip safety prevents the device from being turned on until the user is ready.
