The Christensen Arms TFM Carbon is a bolt action in 6.5 PRC with a 26" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.
A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes integrated base, so it is ready to take an optic without extra machining.
The 6.5 PRC is commonly chosen for long-range hunting. It pushes 6.5mm bullets faster than Creedmoor, trading barrel life and recoil for reach.
