The NcSTAR Cree is a 200-lumen flashlight.
At this output it is suited to close work and general utility rather than lighting up a field. Lumens describe total output rather than reach; a light with fewer lumens but tighter focus can throw further.
CR123A cells hold their charge for years on a shelf, which is why they remain the default for a light that sits unused until it is needed. Check the runtime at the output you will actually use; headline lumen figures are usually quoted on a setting the light cannot sustain. Lights ship directly to you with no FFL transfer.
This three-watt flashlight puts out a white-hot 200 Lumens. Right below the flashlight is an integrated, fully adjustable red laser. A small toggle switch in the rear allows you to illuminate the flashlight and laser separately, or both at the same time. A quick release Weaver-style mounting system allows the unit to be removed from the pistol, rifle, or shotgun with speed and ease. This combo is crafted from aluminum and reinforced nylon and uses 2 CR123A Battery.
