The FAXON FIREARMS 16 556 is a semi-auto in .223 REM/5.56 NATO with a 16" barrel.
A carbine-length barrel keeps the firearm maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling.
The .223 REM is commonly chosen for varmints, predators and target work. Cheap, widely available and light on recoil, which makes it an easy cartridge to shoot well.
