The Browning Primal features a 3.75"/5.25" 8Cr13MoV stainless blade, drop point, combination edge, rubber handle, black finish.

The blade is 8Cr13MoV SS, a budget-friendly Chinese stainless that sharpens easily and resists rust well, though it needs touching up more often than premium steels. The combination edge gives you a plain section for controlled slicing and a serrated section for rope and webbing, at the cost of less of each than a dedicated edge would offer. Stainless scales are durable and easy to clean, though heavier than polymer.

A fixed blade of this size suits hunting, camp and outdoor work where strength matters more than pocketability – there is no pivot to fail and it cleans easily.

Carry laws are set locally as well as by state, and a 3.75" blade is legal to carry in many places and not in others – check your state and city rules before you carry it.
