APEX AMMUNITION 12 gauge shotshell, 3" shell, #2 shot.

This is a 3" shell. Shell length has to match the chamber – a longer shell will not chamber safely in a shorter chamber, and the length is stamped on the barrel.

Larger pellets carry more energy individually and fewer of them fit in the shell, so the pattern is thinner. This size range is generally used on larger birds.
