The Auto-Ordnance 1911 A1 Gi Spec is a single action in 9mm with a 5" barrel and 9-round capacity plus one chambered.
This is a full-size handgun barrel length – more velocity and a longer sight radius than a compact, in exchange for size. It comes with blade front/drift adj rear sights.
The 9mm is commonly chosen for range practice, competition and carry. The most widely available centerfire handgun round, which keeps practice affordable and ammunition easy to find.
This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.
The carbon steel slide, sear and disconnector are machined from solid bar stock and heat treated. The low-profile sights feature a blade front sight and a rear drift adjustable for windage. The grip is brown checkered plastic. The 1911 is 100 percent made in the USA and includes one magazine.
