Description
The Barrett Firearms is a semi-auto in .50 BMG with a 20" barrel, a 1:15 twist and 10-round capacity plus one chambered.
This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with back up iron sights.
The .50 BMG is commonly chosen for extreme long-range and recreational shooting. Rifle, ammunition and everything around it are expensive.
