Bergara Rifles B14S751CF B-14 Crest 308 Win 5+1 20″ Sniper Gray Cerakote #5 Contour Threaded Barrel, Sniper Gray Cerakote Steel Receiver, Black & Gray Sponge Fixed Carbon Fiber Stock

Description

The Bergara Premier Series is a bolt action rifle in .308 / 7.62 NATO with a 20" barrel, a 1:10 twist and 5-round capacity.

This barrel length is the usual compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while still being manageable to carry all day, and short enough that a suppressor on the end does not make it unwieldy. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It ships without iron sights, so plan on an optic and a way to mount it: a red dot or holographic sits on a rail, a scope needs rings and a base, and a rifle with neither needs a mount first.

The .308 is commonly chosen for hunting, target shooting and general use. Probably the most versatile centerfire cartridge available – ammunition is everywhere, and it handles most North American game.

Designed for the highest standard of mountain hunting adventures, the B-14 Crest is a high-performance rifle inspired to meet the needs of the most demanding backcountry hunters. Features a 100% carbon fiber stock with black & gray sponge pattern; fluted bolt; threaded barrel w/Omni Muzzle Brake and Bergara Performance Trigger.
