The Blackhawk A.R.C. – Appendix Reversible Carry is an inside-the-waistband holster for the Glock 17, ambidextrous.

Inside the waistband – the holster sits between the trousers and the body, so the pistol is covered by the waistband itself. It conceals a larger pistol under less clothing than an outside-the-waistband rig, at the cost of belt space and a slower draw.

Fitment is specific. It is cut for the Glock 17 and pistols of different dimensions will not seat correctly, even from the same maker – a holster that is close but not right is not safe to carry in.
