Bergara Rifles BPR38-7PRC Premier Cima Pro 7mm PRC 5+1 22″ Carbon Fiber CURE Threaded Barrel, Titanium Cerakote Stainless Steel Drilled & Tapped Receiver, Fixed Carbon Fiber w/Brown & Tan Sponge Accen

Description

The Bergara Premier Series is a bolt action rifle in 7MM PRC with a 22" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 3-round capacity.

This barrel length is the usual compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while still being manageable to carry all day, and short enough that a suppressor on the end does not make it unwieldy. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.

The 7MM PRC is commonly chosen for open-country hunting and precision shooting at extended range. A modern cartridge designed around long, high-BC bullets – it is used as much on paper at distance as it is on game.

The Premier Cima Pro is built entirely with carbon technology through an advanced autoclave curing process that extends from the stock to the barrel, it achieves an exceptional balance between strength and weight, ensuring rigidity, consistency and lasting reliability.
