Browning 036142294 X-Bolt 2 Speed HD Full Size 6.5 PRC 3+1 24″ Smoked Bronze Cerakote Fluted Threaded Barrel, Smoked Bronze Cerakote Steel Drilled & Tapped Receiver, Bronze/Gray Camo w/Black Overmold

Description

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed HD is a bolt action rifle in 6.5 PRC with a 24" barrel, a 1:7 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.

A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. That is faster than the usual twist for this cartridge, which suits the heavier, longer bullets distance shooters tend to favor.

The 6.5 PRC is commonly chosen for long-range hunting and precision shooting. It pushes 6.5mm bullets faster than Creedmoor, trading barrel life and recoil for reach.
