The Burris RT-6 is a 1-6x riflescope.
A range starting at 1x can be shot with both eyes open at close range, like a red dot, and zoomed to 6x when a target needs identifying or reaching. That versatility is why this class is common on general-purpose rifles.
Eye relief is listed at 3.30'' – the distance the eye sits behind the ocular to see the full picture, which is what has to be respected when positioning the scope in the rings.
